Imagine understanding your trauma history with compassion.

Imagine having a safe place to process your traumatic experiences.

Imagine feeling powerful in your own human experience again.

How will this help me?

Trauma changes the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. It steals your sense of safety. But your experience is important and we are here to help you feel less triggered and more connected in your life after trauma.

How will your life change?

Research shows that THE best indicator for whether someone experiences post-traumatic growth is support. So we are creating a specialized group for women to come together, understand their experiences, and feel support in a meaningful way.

And before you know it...

You've challenged the sense of anxiety, guilt and shame. You've regained a sense of safety in relationships. You're less preoccupied with your triggers and more present in your own life. And you'll connect with people that really get you.

I want to tell you a story.

I used to feel completely overwhelmed with my feelings. Why? Because I am a trauma survivor and it made almost every single moment of life scary because it was a potential trigger.

I was miserable and I didn't know how to get out of that terrified emotional space. I know what it's like to feel like every single relationship is unsafe.

I felt alone, broken, scared and wrong. I believed I was never going to actually feel safe again.

I believed my trauma was never going to resolve.

I needed professional support to understand the ways that trauma had impacted my brain and body. I believed I was never going to get better.

I was lost, anxious, and filled with shame. I wanted to be loved but I was exhausted by all of the overwhelm I was experiencing.

As Seen On...

What would life be like for you if you could put your trauma behind you?

Trauma Therapist Leads the Way

We have a trained, trauma-informed therapist leading the group in a supportive journey toward healing. We address the most common topics that come up in abuse + trauma, including how the brain and body works, how you can make sense of your experience, and ways that you can gain support.

We take on topics like:

• What is happening in your brain & body when you're triggered

• Learn how trauma impacts relationships

• Reclaim your mental health without being haunted by trauma responses

• Get practical skills on self-care and coping with stressors.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't live in California. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. We've created a virtual space for you to meet each week with the group. This means that it's open to anyone living in the United States and Canada.

I'm nervous about talking about my trauma.

That is completely normal after trauma. Trauma adds an extra sting that making us feel like we should be ashamed of our experiences. You are going to meet others that feel similarly and that might help you feel supported.

Why are there only 10 participants?

It's important that the group feels manageable to all the participants. When we add more people, there's the potential of not being able to share or experience the kind of support we are wanting for you. We aim for supportive and productive experiences.

Will there be another group at another time?

We plan on offering other groups in the future, but we are unsure when. If this is something that feels time-sensitive for your own development and health, now is the time to offer.

What's the difference between this group and individual therapy?

We support individual therapy for anyone that has had a trauma experience. This is a supplemental support group that focuses specifically on trauma that women experience, which some trauma therapists do not specifically focus on.

What if I can't afford this ?

We offer payment plans for those that are financially restricted. Please feel free to apply for a spot in this support group and we can work through meaningful options for you at the time of the consultation.

Regaining your mental health after sexual, financial, or betrayal trauma is imperative. You deserve to understand what happened to you.
